Terms of Service

Welcome to Curb Spaa. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or interacting with our team, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our platform or requesting services.

Service scope
We clean, sanitize, deodorize, and quick-dry residential curbside bins (trash, recycle, green/organics) in Folsom, CA and surrounding areas. Service is curbside only; we do not enter garages or backyards.
Scheduling & access
You choose a package and preferred collection day at checkout (or via phone/Zelle note). If bins aren’t already curbside, we’ll roll them out. If we can’t access your bins at the time of arrival, the visit is forfeited. We’re happy to reschedule for a $10 trip fee.
Pricing & payment
Monthly Plan – $25 per visit (auto-billed monthly)
Quarterly Deep-Clean – $70 every three months
Annual Clean Club – $240 one-time for 12 monthly cleans
Extra bins: +$5 per bin, per visit.
We currently accept Zelle or cash at the time of service. Electronic receipts are sent the same day.
Eco & runoff disclaimer
We use biodegradable, phosphate-free detergents and low-volume pressure equipment. Residual wash water drains into the street and municipal storm system. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this runoff method under local ordinances.
Liability
We treat your property with care, but we’re not liable for existing cracks, brittle plastic, graffiti, or melted residue. Curb Spaa is not responsible for normal wear, manufacturing flaws, or damage due to prior misuse.
Satisfaction guarantee
Not gleaming? Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean your bin at no charge. That’s our “Fresh-Bin Promise.

Cancellation & refunds
Monthly and Quarterly plans: cancel anytime. Unused prepaid visits are refunded minus a $5 admin fee.
Annual plan: refundable within 14 days of your first cleaning, pro-rated at $25 per completed visit.

Photos & marketing
We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance or marketing. No address or personal identifiers are shared. If you prefer we don’t take photos, just email us before your appointment.

Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of California. All legal matters will be handled in Sacramento County courts.
